We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
  • Due to the nature of industrial and electronic components, items that have been installed, modified, or damaged cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed or used components
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Custom or special-order items

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of returned goods.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Where goods are purchased for business or trade use, returns may be subject to different terms in line with UK consumer regulations.
